Because Utah Install Pros provides in-person labor-based services, we do not offer refunds or returns for any completed service. Once a service has been performed—whether pickup, delivery, or installation—all sales are final.
Please ensure that the requested work is clearly communicated and authorized in advance. If you have any questions before or during service, please contact us immediately so we can make adjustments while the crew is on-site.
We stand behind the quality of our work. Utah Install Pros offers a 30-day workmanship warranty on all services we perform. This warranty covers:
All warranty service must be requested within 30 calendar days of the original service date.

Service concerns reported after the 30-day window will be treated as new work and subject to regular rates and scheduling availability.
