1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Scope of Services

Utah Install Pros provides:

  • Local pickup of items from retailers (e.g., IKEA, Costco, Amazon orders)
  • Delivery to customer-designated locations
  • Assembly and installation services for indoor and outdoor products

We reserve the right to refuse or modify services at our discretion.

3. Booking & Payment Terms

  • A minimum service fee of $250 applies to all appointments.
  • Final pricing is based on job scope, time, materials, and distance.
  • Payments are due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, and cash.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a $100 fee.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule in case of weather, crew availability, or unforeseen delays.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure clear access to installation areas and proper delivery instructions.
  • Confirm that the site is ready (e.g., leveled ground, cleared room).
  • Ensure all products to be installed are on-site at the time of service.

6. Limitations of Liability

  • We are not responsible for damages caused by defective products, incorrect manufacturer instructions, or improper prior assembly.
  • While we take care to avoid damage, Utah Install Pros is not liable for pre-existing conditions (e.g., structural flaws, electrical issues).
  • Maximum liability for any service claim is limited to the total amount paid for the service.

7. Warranties

  • We offer a 30-day workmanship guarantee for all installations.
  • This guarantee covers labor only and does not extend to manufacturer defects or customer misuse.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, images, and materials on UtahInstall.com are the property of Utah Install Pros and may not be copied, reused, or redistributed without written consent.

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of our site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

10. Third-Party Links & Retailers

Utah Install Pros is not affiliated with Costco, IKEA, Amazon, or any other retailer. We act as a third-party service provider and do not assume responsibility for the quality or warranty of purchased items.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.

1. No Refunds or Returns

Because Utah Install Pros provides in-person labor-based services, we do not offer refunds or returns for any completed service. Once a service has been performed—whether pickup, delivery, or installation—all sales are final.

Please ensure that the requested work is clearly communicated and authorized in advance. If you have any questions before or during service, please contact us immediately so we can make adjustments while the crew is on-site.

2. 30-Day Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. Utah Install Pros offers a 30-day workmanship warranty on all services we perform. This warranty covers:

  • Loose fittings
  • Missed hardware
  • Assembly corrections
  • Adjustments to shifting or settling (e.g., shed doors or outdoor furniture)

Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Damage caused by improper use, overloading, neglect, or accidents
  • Environmental factors (e.g., wind, rain, sun exposure, ground shifting)
  • Items not assembled or delivered by Utah Install Pros
  • Manufacturer defects or missing parts not related to our labor
  • Customer reassembly, disassembly, or alterations

All warranty service must be requested within 30 calendar days of the original service date.

3. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To request a follow-up visit under our 30-day workmanship warranty, please email utahinstallpros@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Date of service
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable)

We will respond within 2-3 business days to confirm warranty eligibility and next steps.

4. Service Issues Reported After 30 Days

Service concerns reported after the 30-day window will be treated as new work and subject to regular rates and scheduling availability.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellation

We kindly request at least 24-48 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a $250 fee.
