💲 PRICING IS FOR PROFESSIONAL CREW OF TWO. HOURLY RATE: $120–$150 MINIMUM VISIT FEE: $199–$250

Pickup + Delivery

$250–$450

IKEA or Costco Pickup & Delivery Only. Includes pickup from local warehouse (up to 20 miles), loading, transport, and doorstep delivery. No assembly. Additional mileage or stairs may increase cost.

Gazebo / Pergoal Install

$500-$1250

Full build of Costco/Amazon outdoor structures. Anchoring to concrete or pavers included. Site must be level and clear. Does not include delivery — add $150+ if needed.

Outdoor Shed Setup

$550–$1250

Assembly of plastic, resin, or metal kits. Requires flat, prepared surface. Price depends on shed size and panel system complexity. Delivery extra.

Outdoor Furniture Setup

$250-$550

Assembly and arrangement of 4–8 piece sets. Does not include unpacking or trash removal unless requested. Delivery extra.

Playground Assembly (Medium Sets)

$750–$1,500

Includes swing sets, slides, towers, etc. Ground prep must be complete before install. Complex builds or multiple play areas may exceed base.

TV Mounting

$250-$550

Mounting to drywall or wood studs, basic wire concealment (in-wall or surface), and media hookup. Includes 1 TV (up to 75"). Brick/concrete may require surcharge.

We charge a minimum visit fee of $250, which covers up to 2 hours of labor for a 2-person crew. Most jobs are quoted based on size, complexity, and location. See our Pricing Guide for detailed estimates.

5. How do I book a job?

You can book online at UtahInstall.com, or call/text (801) 899-6156. We offer same-week appointments and will confirm all job details before arrival.

6. What should I do before my install?

Make sure the area is clear and accessible. For outdoor installations, ensure the ground is level and ready for setup. We’ll bring all tools and materials needed for the job.

7. Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, Utah Install Pros is fully licensed and insured for residential work, so you can feel confident that your project is in safe hands.

8. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and cash. Invoices are sent digitally for your records.

9. Do you offer warranties or guarantees?

Yes! We stand by our work. Most installations come with a 30-day workmanship guarantee. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll come back and make it right.

10. Do you offer business or commercial installs?

Yes, we work with local businesses, offices, and property managers for bulk furniture assembly and install projects. Contact us for volume pricing.
